Burj Al Salam is a mixed use tower along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The construction of the tower was started in 2007 and was completed in 2013. It is ideally situated on the SZR directly opposite The World Trade Centre and is attached to the 5 Star Sheraton Grand Hotels. The tower is home to incredible leisure facilities, restaurants and a convenience store and closed to Metro Station. The towers are a series of three linked buildings – one office, one residential and one hotel – on a prime site at the start of Sheikh Zayed Road by the World Trade Center roundabout. They are linked at the base a large podium containing four basement levels, a ground floor, mezzanine and two mechanical floors. Above this, there are 54 upper floors.
